After you completed the Twilight Night quest, you are already level 16 where the Daily Commissions will be unlocked.
Though it is not recommended to complete these quests at the early level. Since the experience they give is so low. You may want to wait until you reach Base Level 30 where you will gain more experience from completing Daily Commission Quests.
You can check various quests by tapping the "Daily quest" icon top of the screen.
The quests that match the adventurer's base level are randomly selected each day.
If you raise your base level, more quests will be available for you.
When receiving a quest, the Daily Commission ticket is consumed,
The upper limit of the quest tickets you receive each day is based on your Base Level.
