Class Balance

【Knight/ Knight Lord】
■New class imprint: Triumph Lance: After releasing Berserk, the next 3 Spiral pierce will release additional gun energy, causing non-attribute physical damage equal to 400% of physical attack to enemies within the range
LV2. Upgrade effect: The number of additional releases of gun energy is increased to 5 times, and the damage caused is increased to 500%
LV3. Upgrade effect: The damage of 
gun energy to targets whose HP is lower than 30% is increased by 10%
LV4. Upgrade effect: The damage of the 
gun energy is increased to 600%, and when the damage is caused, the targets within the range will be gathered towards the middle

【Crusader/ Paladin】
•Reflect Shield: Reduce the melee damage received by oneself, adjusted from 10% to 15%, and the reflected damage will be affected by the PVP damage reduction attribute.

LV3. Upgrade effect: Magical damage received increases to 5%, and the probability of being treated as an undead attribute increases to 15%.
LV4. Upgrade effect: within the range of cross exorcism, every 2 seconds, there is a 10% chance to curse the target within the range, lasting for 10 seconds

【Monk/ Champion】
■The new class imprint: Fist of Order: Guillotine Fist deals 8% more damage to targets holding shields and increases movement speed by 10% after release for 2 seconds

■The new class imprint: Ice of annihilation: The release method of the 
Frost Nova has been changed to an optional range release, with a release range of 7 meters and a 20% increase in the chance of freezing. After the Frost Nova hits, the casting time of Thunderbolt Strike is reduced by 50%, and the common cooling time is reduced by 1.2 seconds, lasting for 3 seconds

【Alchemist/Creator】
• Acid Flask Throwing: Fixed cooldown time adjusted from 2 seconds to 1 second to 1.8 seconds, common cooldown time adjusted from 1 second to 0.9 seconds
•Firebottle Throwing: Common cooldown time adjusted from 1 second to 0.9 seconds
•Acid Attack: The common cooling time has been adjusted from 1 second to 0.9 seconds

Ragnarok Origin Global Server 1st Major Update

1. New Job Class — Monk

Monk will be available as a 2-2 subclass of Acolyte.

Monks invested time and effort to sharpen their bodies and minds. They possess the power to destroy anything in their way with the mysterious force known as chi.


2. Monk Benefits (5/17 5:00 - 6/17 4:59)

When the server level reaches 70 or above, Monks above Lv.25 will receive various benefits as shown below:

- Double EXP from daily commissions;

- Exclusive rewards upon reaching certain levels;

- EXP and reward bonus for job changing into a Monk;

Other adventurers will receive extra Proofs of Union when assisting Monks.


3. New Job Packs (5/17 5:00 - 5/21 4:59)

A new pack that contains [Lv.65 2-socket Accessory Optional Chest] 1, [Cogwheel Gacha R] * 20, [Mora Coin] * 400, [Eden Pouch (L)] 10, and [Rare Binding Stone] 3 


4. Lv.80 Contents

- Equipment

With the maximum level being uncapped, new equipment will become available. It is time to challenge Helheim to get Lv.80 blueprints and gear up with new armor and weapons.

- Quests

Main quests beyond Lv.80 are now available along with new Hunting Quests and Encounter Quests.

Hunting Quests: Beast of the Forest, The Puppets

Encounter Quests: The Final Exorcism, Purring Gratitude, Box of Youth, Border Riot, A Distant Home

- Dungeons

Lv.80 Story of the Great Sage and Helheim dungeons will now be available.


5. Outfit Refining

Upon reaching Base Lv.80, outfit refining will now be unlocked. It will allow you to refine your headwear, face wear, mouth wear, and backwear with the cost of α-Energy / β-Energy.


6. Red Statue

Upon reaching Base Lv.80, Valkyrie - Majesty (red statue) will now become available. Valkyrie - Majesty can be unlocked by using Spark - Sword of Kings.


7. Events

I. Cream Revelry (5/22 5:00 - 6/4 4:59)

New Job celebration! Use the magic cake to slather fellow adventurers in cream! No participation limit! But one can only receive a maximum of 3 rewards per day. Based on the match outcome, adventurers will earn points and rewards. You can check the points ranking from Ais. Only the highest points will be recorded.

This event takes place in 3 zones — Serene Forest, Underwater World, and Toy Factory.

Adventurers can get participation and ranking rewards up to 3 times per day by playing the event.


II. Cream Gacha (5/22 5:00 - 6/4 4:59)

Cream Gacha can be drawn by using [Creamy Lollipop] and [Super Creamy Lollipop].

[Creamy Lollipop] is used for Gacha which contains Wind Chime Earring (Facewear), Sweet Orange (Mouthwear), and Spinning Ferris Wheel (Headwear).

[Super Creamy Lollipop] is used for Gacha which contains Deviruchi Wings (Backwear), Angel Wings (Backwear), and Adorable Academy (Costume).


III. Desire For Battle (5/20 5:00 - 5/22 4:59 & 5/27 5:00 - 5/29 4:59)

Enjoy 60 additional minutes of your Daily Combat and Monster Annihilation Duration!


IV. Operation Union (5/22 5:00 - 5/29 4:59)

Enjoy additional Proofs of Union rewards while assisting fellow adventurers!


V. Veins Strategic Battle (5/29 5:00 - 6/5 4:59)

Evil runs rampant in ancient ruins, and justice calls for your protection. Head to the Veins ruins, confront the hostile forces, collect Salt Stake Fragments, and exchange them for superior rewards!


8. Discord Gacha

9. Deviruchi's Precious

Upon reaching Base Lv.35, Deviruchi's Precious will become available.

By using [Deviruchi's Secret Treasure Map], adventures can go on a treasure hunt and dig up rewards that may contain S-tier pet, Fashion Beach (Costume), Model RO-037 (Mount), Poring Surfboard (Backwear), and more!

[Deviruchi's Secret Treasure Map] can be crafted by combining Torn Treasure Map I, Torn Treasure Map II, Torn Treasure Map III, Torn Treasure Map IV, and Torn Treasure Map V, which are obtainable from Guild Feast,  Guild Expedition, Guild League, and Time-Space Abnormly.


10. Fashion Gacha

Come and draw new outfits with your Gacha Tickets!

The new fashions will include: Autumn Leaf (Costume), Fan of Red Leaf (Backwear), Red Leaf (Headwear), and Red Leaf Earrings (Facewear).

Each draw will get you 1 Point, which can be used to redeem outfits.

*Subject to the opening date of each server, Fashion Gacha resets every 14 days.


11. Legendary Outfit

Legendary outfits can be redeemed with [Mythic Crystals].

There are 2 sets of legendary outfits — Skogul's Blessing and Alvitr's Blessing. Each offers the adventurer a set bonus.

Furthermore, [Syncing Stones] can be used on a legendary outfit, allowing it to copy the stats from another one and possess the stats of 2 pieces of outfits on one single equipment slot. Or they can recolor their legendary outfits by using [Dye Agent].

*Upon collecting a full set of legendary outfits, the adventurer will be rewarded with an exclusive portrait!


12. Others

I. New Server Benefit

Poring Chest Lottery and valuable packs will be available in new servers to compensate for adventurers who missed previous events such as Rune Gourmet.


II. Returning Rewards

We have prepared generous rewards and events for returning adventurers to enjoy the new class — Monk.


III. Cross-Server Matching

Cross-server matching will be enabled to help adventurers enjoy Helheim, Extreme Challenge, Anthem Trial, and Hazy Forest more easily!


13. Job Balancing Survey

To provide adventurers with a better ROO experience, we will roll out a Job Balancing Survey on 5/17 for the purpose of further balancing the existing classes. Job Balancing:

Knight [Vanguard Force]: increases damage multiplier from (200+750%) to (200+800%)

Priest [Magnus Exorcismus]: reduces Global Delay from 5s to 4s


Improvements and Bug Fixes:

1. Removed items that cost $0.25

2. [Basic Card Album Fragment] can now be dismantled into [Blue Star Coin] * 6;

3. Opened new zones — Labyrinth Forest 2F, Labyrinth Forest 3F, and Undersea Tunnel 4F;

Ragnarok Origin TW Server Constellation Tower Season 2

Temple of Nightmare New Season
The new season of the Temple of Nightmare is about to start.

Server level 95 will start a new season

You can still challenge the first season after the 2nd season opens.

The number of challenges in different seasons is calculated independently, each week has 15 challenges.

Added support rewards to the Temple of Nightmare. You can get Mythic Equipment by assisting other adventurers in battle.

After the second season starts, the first season will be opened to raids. As long as you pass the specified level, you can unlock the raid function.

Take note that after the 5/18 update, the number of challenges in the first season will be reset! After the reset, the number of challenges will be recalculated, and 15 more challenges can be performed this week.


New Mythic Equipment

The second season will also bring a brand new season of Mythic Equipment

Mythic Equipment Attributes will be divided into permanent attributes and season attributes independently

The permanent attribute will take effect in each season of the Temple of the Nightmare.

The season attributes will take effect with 10 times the effect in the corresponding season's nightmare temple.

The season attributes of the current season can also take effect at 1 time in other scenarios

Whether it is challenging the first season of the Temple of the Nightmare or the second season of the Temple of the Nightmare

They will only get season attribute entries for the new season.


Mythic Equipment Season Attributes Upgrade
The new season Mythic Equipment increases the season attributes. 

The core of each season can be strengthened by using legendary equipment blueprints, and equipment decomposition materials of the season.

After the update, the highest value of season attributes (including fatal and tenacity) worn by adventurers, unworn in backpacks, Mythic Equipment in warehouses, and all scrolls will be moved to the season core of the first season.

The season attributes (including physical and magic lethal) will take the single highest value and transfer them to the season attributes of the first season

It is suggested that adventurers can keep more of the God's Domain weapons of the first season, so as to avoid reducing attributes when transferring season attributes.

Season attributes will no longer distinguish between physical and magical fatality, and physical and magical tenacity, and will be integrated into fatality and tenacity attributes


Mythic Equipment Season Attributes Transfer
After the transfer, a part of the attributes will be temporarily unlocked. With the core unlocking in the first season, the upper limit of stats will be gradually increased and no need to be upgraded again.

In the second season, some attributes on the off-hand equipment will be removed. For all the removed season attributes, the corresponding scrolls will become invalid. The invalid scrolls can be disassembled and synthesized into a scroll gift box to use.

Example: Little Angel's God's Domain Armed God's Domain attribute is physical fatality plus 50, and there is a scroll with magic fatality plus 100 in the backpack. After the update, the magic fatality plus 100 will be transferred to the season attribute of the first season. Other attributes except tenacity and fatality will also be transferred to the season attributes of the first season. When transferring for the first time, since the level of the season attribute has not been upgraded, the upper limit of the season attribute is 6 plus 6, and the little angel will directly have the attribute of 6, and when it is unlocked to level 2, the upper limit is raised to 12, and it will directly have the fatal Add 12 attributes until the unlocking limit reaches more than 100. After exceeding the transferred attributes, it needs to be upgraded.


In order to compensate for the loss of the adventurer God's domain attributes transferred to the core of the season

We have prepared a supply package for adventurers, which will be compensated according to all the attributes of God's Domain equipped by adventurers in the first season

According to the interval of the attribute, the corresponding amount of resource supply is given.

After the update, adventurers can receive the corresponding number of legendary equipment blueprints and fantasy materials for the second season in the God's Domain Armament interface.
