Nerdiness Trial

The Nerd Trial or Soda's assessment is the new in-game solo event that is open every Friday. The initial trial is open from 12NN to 6PM. While the final Trial starts at 7PM.

Initial Trial

You can choose which category to answer by selecting one of the following.

Categories

General - Everything under the Sun

Mathematical - Related to computation and Mathematics

Game Knowledge - Questions are about the game and somewhat the same as the Guild Quiz.

Know it all - Questions are randomly selected from the General, Mathematical, and Game Knowledge.

Examiners

Next is to select an Examiner.

Choosing Medusa will give you a chance to get the Debug Card to remove all the incorrect answers.

 

Choosing Fire Elemental will give you a chance to get a reboot card upon answering 16 questions correctly.

 

Choosing Water Elemental will give you 1 extra Score upon answering the questions correctly within 5 seconds.

Trial Cards

- Reboot Card automatically takes effect when you answer a question incorrectly in the final trial. This will save you from elimination once.
- Debug Card can remove an incorrect answer upon being used.
- Nerd Card can reveal the correct answer upon being used.

Initial Trial Reward.

Each correct answer will grant you Nerdy Box I which contains Eden coins, and Zennies, and may contain a random item.

Final Score

Your final ranking is based on your correct rate and time spent.

Note: Only the top 50% of participants in the initial trial can advance to the final trial and will receive a Final Trial invitation card at 6PM.

Final Trial
All players that received an invitation will be able to enter the Final Trial.

You need to answer the questions correctly and fast. One wrong answer and you will be eliminated from the final trial.

You can use the trial cards that you got from the initial trial. Reboot Card will automatically be used as long as you have one.

Final Trial Reward

Each correct answer will grant you Nerdy Box II which contains Eden coins, and Zennies, and may contain a random item.

The Prize Pool will be split among all the remaining players who will answer all 30 Questions.







Ranking

Top Ranked players will receive a limited-time portrait frame and a limited-time chat bubble as extra rewards.

 

Adventurers who are late can still participate after the trial begins, but they will not be eligible to split the prize pool.

To be ranked, one needs to answer all the questions (30) correctly in the final trial of nerdiness.
