Ragnarok Origin Enchantment System

Trying to hunt a monster and can't 1-shot kill it?How about adding additional stats to your equipment?
Adventurers, I introduce to you, the Enchantment System!

In this guide:
- We will check what's the Enchantment System.
- What options are you able to get when you enchant your gears.
- What are the materials needed to Enchant your equipment.

The Enchantment Interface

Here, you can see the current enchantment level, current enchantment stats, the material needed for each enchantment, the available equipment that you can enchant, and the new stats that you can possibly get.

You can also see the available enchantment options, as well as the Special stats that you might get during enchantment.

In addition, you will see the maximum enchantment level for each piece of equipment, and the range of special stats that you will get, on the lower left side of the interface.

The Special Affix

When Enchanting, the highest affix or the highest enchantment level that you can grant your equipment is based on the following.

The Level range of special stats that you can get is as follows:

For example: If my character's Base level is 76. The maximum enchantment level that I can grant my equipment is level 20.

Reaching Enchantment level 20, the special stats that I can possibly get is ranging from Level 2-4.

But since my current enchantment level is below level 10, the special stats range that I can get is only Level 1 to 2.

However, increasing the Enchantment level of my equipment to Level 11 means that I can possibly get Level 1-3 Special Stats.

The Enchantment Materials

To enchant weapons, armor sets, and accessories, you need Copper coins and Mora coins.

Mora coins can be purchased in the Catnips shop and Container Shop. While you can acquire Mora coins by challenging the Endless Tower and Helheim Dungeon.

On the other hand, if you have an enchantment voucher, you can use it instead of your copper coins. Each voucher can be used instead of using 20,000 copper coins.

As for the headgear, mid gear, mouthpiece, and Backpiece, you need Star Mora Coins, Mora Coins, and Copper coins. If you have Enchantment Voucher, then it will be used first instead of using your copper coins.

Star Mora coins can be purchased in the Guild vending machine, Catnips shop, Diamond Shop, Mythic set Summon, and Event shop, and can be acquired in Guild League matches and Endless Tower.

Enchantment Level

Every time you enchant a gear, you will see the progress bar fills up. Once the progress bar is full, your enchantment level will go up to 1 level. The higher the enchantment level, the higher your chance to get powerful special stats.

For example, we currently have Enchantment level 10, and I can only get level 1 or level 2 special stats.

However, if we upgrade the enchantment level to 11, I will now have the chance to get random level 3 special stats.

Alright, as you can see, the special enchantment range was changed from level 1-2, to level 1-3 instead.

If the enchantment level is upgraded to Level 55, then we will have a chance to get level 7 - level 10 special stats.

The Pity System
On the other hand, the number you see here is the pity system. You will get guaranteed random special stats after you reach 50 tries.

Then it will reset to 50 again after you receive the random special stats.

The Enchantment Resonance
If you have 6x Level 10 enchanted types of equipment, then you will be able to unlock Resonance 1. Which gives additional bonus damage. You will also be able to check here, how much equipment you needed to enchant before you can unlock the next resonance level.

Affix Lock
If ever you encountered a specific stat that you really want to keep or save, you can use Manastones and Star Stones to lock the specific stat.

This means that if you reroll the enchants, the locked stats will not change, and will only give you 2 random stats + the locked Stat. This is helpful if you need to keep a specific stat for your build.

For the Weapon, Armor, Garment, Shoe, and Accessories, you can use Advanced Immutable Mana Stone to lock the normal Stats.

Advanced immutable stones can be purchased in RO Shop, Diamond Shop, and Gold Medal Redemption. This can also be acquired when hunting Minis.

For the Weapon, Armor, Garment, Shoe, and Accessories, you can use Special Immutable Mana Stone to lock the Special Stats.

The Special Immutable Stone can be purchased in the RO Shop, Diamond Shop, Catnips Shop, Secret Shop, and event shop.

As for the Headdress, Mid Gear, Mouth Piece, and Back Piece, you can use Advanced Confinement Stone to lock the normal stats.

The Advanced Star confinement stone can be purchased in the Diamond shop.

The Rare Star confinement Stone, on the other hand, can be used to lock special stats for enchanting Headdress, Mid Gear, Mouth Piece, and Back piece.

The Rare Star confinement Stone, on the other hand, can be purchased in RO shops and event shops.

And lastly, here's the list of possible stats that you can get for each equipment type.

Enchantment Transfer
The enchantments are linked to the character, so equipping another gear will automatically transfer the enchantment like the Enhancement/Reinforcement System.

I hope this guide gives you an insight into the Enchantment System for Ragnarok Origin Global Server.

This is one of the basic systems in-game that you need to focus on aside from equipment Refinement, Enhancing, and modification.

In the next guide, we will learn about the Refinement System.
