Merchant Class Guide

Merchant Class

Merchants are adventurers who are officially affiliated with the Merchant Guild. They learn how to earn an income out of buying, selling, and dealing with items in general, and in some cases can use the power of money or the items they carry as an asset in battle.

In this guide, we will look into:
- Possible builds for Merchant
- Recommended Skill Points Allocation
- Recommended Stat Points Allocation
- Recommended Equipments for each Build
- Merchant Class Progression
- Leveling Spots
- And Special Tips for your Merchant

Recommend Builds:

1. Mammonite Merchant - Mammonite deals with Massive physical DMG to a single target. Abuse the skill before you reach Base Lv 31 since it does not cost anything from Level 31 below.

2. Auto Attack Merchant - This build focuses on sheer attack speed and deals continuous damage. You can also use this build to trigger Auto skill cards when doing normal attacks. Using Golden Mace, on the other hand, grants additional damage after 3 hits. In addition, you can use concentration potions to increase your attack speed.

3. Cart Revolution Merchant  - This build highlights the AOE damage from the Cart Revolution skill. This is an efficient build when grinding monsters that cluster in a group. Max out the Weight limit of your cart by adding Steel that you can purchase from the Tool Shop.

4. Full Force Swipe Merchant  - This build highlights the AOE damage and the ignore defense effect of Full Force Swipe to deal damage to your target and nearby monsters.

Skill Points Allocation

> Depending on what build you follow, max out either Mammonite, Cart Revolution or Full Force Swipe. Then allocate the rest of the points to any skill that you need.

> Mammonite deals a lot of damage but consumed copper coins each time. Though this can be used early game since it doesn't cost anything.
> Full-force swipe deals AoE damage and can ignore some of the target's defense.
> Cart Revolution deals damage based on the cart's weight.
> Cart Clash can add a slow status effect to the target.
> Enlarge weight and modification add more damage to Cart Skills.
> Discounts and Overcharges are for buying and selling to NPC.

Recommended Stat allocation

For the Mammonite build - Max out STR for more damage. No need to add AGI early game. As for the hit rate, you can rely on your equipment.

For the Auto attack Merchant - Put points to both STR and AGI with a 2:1 ratio. This increases both the base DMG and the attack speed.

For the Cart Revolution Merchant - Same with the Mammonite build, max out STR for more damage. No need to add AGI early. As for the hit rate, you can rely on your equipment.

For the Full Force Swipe Merchant - Same with the Mammonite build, max out STR for more damage. No need to add AGI early. As for the hit rate, you can rely on your equipment.

Pros and Cons of playing as a Merchant class.
- Merchant starts slow. This means that their damage is really low early game. But with patience and dedication, with proper cores, cards, and cores, the Merchant class can deal massive damage mid to late game.
- Merchants spend copper coins every now and then. So you need to take advantage of the passive skills to gain more profit by selling items and converters.
- Merchants have the best buff in-game. Which really helps allies in both PVE and PVP scenes.

Special Tips for the Merchant Class:

- Don't forget to buy Iron Daily in the tool Shop. You can only buy 40 pieces each day and iron is needed when you are crafting weapon converters when you change your class to Blacksmith.
- Put 4 pcs. Heavy Block of Iron on your Cart to reach the Max weight limit. You can buy this in the Tool Shop.
- Use Mammonite from Level 10 until you reach Base Level 31. This skill has the highest DMG that can help you while grinding.
- Always check the World Chat and Guild Chat for Weapon converter requests before you start crafting.
